본 발명은 토크렌치를 사용하여 볼트나 너트를 체결할 때에 작업의 누락을 방지할 수 있도록 볼트 토크작업시 누락방지장치에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 토크렌치를 통한 토크작업을 할 때에 작업자의 부주의나 실수등으로 인해 작업누락이 발생되는 경우가 빈번하여 작업시간의 손실 및 생산성의 저하등 많은 폐해가 있었던 바, 카운터(3)에 설정된 수량만큼의 토크작업을 행하지 않게 되면 스토퍼(5)의 상승이 이루어지지 않게 함으로써 후속작업이 진행되지 않도록 하는 것등을 특징으로 하는 본 발명에 의하면 토크작업의 누락을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있게 되므로 작업시간의 손실을 없앨 수 있게 되고 보다 효율적인 토크작업을 행할 수 있게 되어 생산성의 증대는 물론 작업비용의 절감을 도모할 수 있게된다.The present invention relates to a device for preventing the omission of the bolt torque work to prevent the missing work when tightening the bolt or nut using a torque wrench, conventionally carelessness or mistake of the operator when performing the torque work through the torque wrench Since the work is frequently lost due to a problem such as loss of working time and a decrease in productivity, the stopper 5 rises when the torque operation of the counter 3 is not performed.
