Abstract

본 발명은 면역조절제, 발암예방제 및 항암성 물질을 생산하는 특징을 갖는 포미텔라속 장수버섯 (Fomitella fraxinea RDAGB 129)의 다당체 추출액 및 다당체 및 단백다당체를 주성분으로 하는 추출액을 유효성분으로 포함하는 항암제, 면역조절제 및 기능성 식품에 관한 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. (i)장수버섯을 세절하여 물을 가하고 열탕 추출하는 공정; (ii)전기에서 수득한 추출액을 원심분리 및 여과하에 얻은 여액을 에탄올로 침전시키는 공정 ; (iii)전기에서 수득한 침전물을 아세톤으로 현탁세척하여 여과, 동결건조하는 공정 ; (iv)전기에서 수득한 버섯추출물을 이온교환 컬럼크로마토그래피하는 공정을 포함하는 장수버섯으로 부터 추출물을 정제하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 추출물은 다당체인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항의 정제방법에 의하여, 장수버섯(Fomitella fraxinea RDAGB-129)으로 부터 분리된 추출물.
  4. 제3항의 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 항암제.
  5. 제3항의 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 면역조절제.
  6. 제3항의 추출물을 포함하는 기능성 식품.
