본 발명은 진공 청소기용 모터에 관한 것으로, 내부에 고정자(1)가 장착되어 있는 모터 하우징(2)에 회전자 조립체 (6)를 지지함과 아울러 임펠러 (9)로 부터 생성, 전달되는 흡입 공기의 효율적인 유로 형성을 위한 가이드 베인(11)과, 그 가이드 베인 (11) 및 임펠리 (9)를 보호하는 임펠러 커버 (12)를, 직접 결합, 장착하여 구성한 것이다. 이와 같이된 본 발명에 의하면 효율적인 공기 유로 형성을 저해하는 하우징 커버의 사용을 배제함으로써 임펠러의 고속 회전에 의해 흡입된 외부 공기가 효율적인 유로를 형성함과 아울러 안정되게 안내, 전달하는 가이드베인을 통해 흘러나오는 과정에서, 종래 유로상의 불합리한 충돌 및 마찰의 요인이었던 하우징 커버의 리드부가 없음으로 인해 이 과정의 유조상에는 불합리한 충돌 및 마찰등의 손실이 발생하지 않으므로 보다 효율적인 공기 유로를 형성할 수 있게 된다. 따라서, 흡입력이 향상되고, 통풍소음이 저감되며, 전기적인 충전부인 고정자와 회전자의 권선 또는 고속회전부인 볼베어링부위 및 정류자부위에서 발생되는 열을 효과적으로 냉각시킬 수 있으므로 모터의 수명 및 청소기의 품질향상에 기여하는 효과가 있다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
