Abstract
목적 : 부품점수 및 제조시의 공수가 적고, 외형치수가 작은 기능성이 뛰어난 구동부 내장형 형광표시관을 제공한다.PURPOSE: To provide a fluorescent display tube with a built-in driving part, which is excellent in functionality with few parts and manufacturing labor and small external dimensions.
구성 : 진공용기(4)는 기판(2)과 용기부(3)로 이루어진다. 용기부 내면(3a)의 중앙에는 홈상 오목부(7)가 있다. 오목부에 대면하는 기판상에 발광표시부인 양극(8)이 있다. 양극 상방에는 오목부에 둘러싸인 음극(11)이 있다. 오목부의 내면에는 도전막(12)이 있고, 음극과 동일 또는 마이너스 전위가 부여된다. 오목부 이외의 용기부 내면과 대면하는 기판의 내면에는 구동부인 IC가 있다. 오목부에 둘러싸인 음극으로부터의 전자는 오목부내의 도전막이 형성되는 전계 작용으로 집속되고, IC에 도달하지 않고 양극에 사돌한다. 전자선의 사돌에 의한 IC의 오작동은 방지된다.Composition: The vacuum container 4 is composed of a substrate 2 and the container portion (3). Malfunction of the IC caused by dead stones of the electron beam is prevented.
