Abstract
본 발명 칼라브라운관 도포공정에서 회수된 형광체를 분산하는 분산공정과, 열 알카리로 세척하는 공정과, 수산화 칼슘 등으로 표면처리하는 공정과, 안료 부착공정 및 탈수 건조 공정을 포함하고, 상기 안료 부착공정시 안료에 분산제를 혼입시켜 행함을 특징으로 하는 칼라브라운관의 형광면 도포용 형광체 처리방법로 되어 있으며, 상기 분산제로서 플루로닉 또는 타몰을 정미 형광체 대비 0.002∼0.05 중량% 사용하는 것으로 되어 있다. 또, 본 발명은 회수된 형광체 처리시 사용되는 안료의 조합시 분산제를 혼입시켜 조합 안료 조합방법을 제공하고 있으며, 상기 분산제로서 트윈을 정비 형광체 대비 0. 005∼0. 05중량% 사용하는 것으로 되어 있다. 이러한 본 발명과 같은 방법으로 안료를 조합하고 안료를 부착시킬 경우에는 신품 형광체에 가까운 특성을 가진 재가공 형광체를 생산할 수 있으며, 작업시 반응용기의 오염을 줄이고 안료의 부산성을 향상시키며, 작업시간을 단축시킬 수 있는 이점이 있다.The pigment adhesion process includes the dispersion process of dispersing the fluorescent substance recovered by the color-brown tube application process of this invention, the process of washing with thermal alkali, the surface treatment with calcium hydroxide, etc., the pigment adhesion process, and the dehydration drying process.
