Abstract
플라스마어다레스 표시장치의 방전안정화를 도모한다. 플라스마어드레스표시장치는 중간시트(1)를 게재하여 서로 겹쳐진 표시셀(2) 및 플라스마셀(3)을 구비하고 있다. 플라스마셀(3)은 중간시트(1)에 대하여 공극을 통해 접합한 유리기관(4)을 사용하여 구성되어 있다. 유리기판(4)은 스트라이프형의 비교적 광폭의 방전전극(5)과,그 위에 따라서 배치한 비교적 협폭의 격벽(6)을 가지고 있다. 격벽(6)의 정상부가 중간시트(1)에 접하여 공극을 간막이 하여 서로 인접하는 격벽(6)의 사이에 방전채널(7)을 형성한다. 각 방전채널(7)에 속하는 한쌍의 방전전극(5)은 대응하는 격벽(6)의 저부로부터 폭방향으로 40㎛이상 노출되어 있다.Discharge stabilization of the plasma display device.
