Abstract
본 발명은 플라즈마 표시소자를 개시한다. 본 발명은 기판 글라스와, 이 기판글라스에 스트라이프 상으로 형성된 제1전극과, 상기 기판글라스의 상면에 형성되며 상기 제1전극이 몰입되는 감싸는 제1유전체층과, 상기 제1유전체층의 상면에 상기 제1전극과 직교하는 방향으로 형성된 제2전극층과, 상기 제2전극층을 감싸는 제2유전체층과, 상기 기판 글라스와 소정의 간격으로 밀착되는 전면글라스와, 기판글라스와 전면 글라스 사이에 설치되며 소정패턴의 방전공간을 형성하는 격벽을 구비하여 된 것에 그 특징이 있으며, 이는 방전표면적을 넓혀 전자방출특성을 향상시킬 수 있는 이점을 가진다.The present invention discloses a plasma display device.
