Abstract
본원발명은 규석을 주재로한 용융물의 형상 주조방법에 관한 것으로, 용융유리(1600。C)에 침식되지 않는 특수한 알루미나질 내화물을 개발하여 이를 통상의 로스트 왁스 주조법에서 매몰재로 사용하고 있는 석고와 대치시키므로서 유리질의 주조를 가능케 한 것이며 알루미나질 내화물로는 반융 알루미나 내와물, 반융 알루미나 점화전 애자, 용융 주로 내화물인 MonofraxK에서 선택한 1종을 사용함으로서 다양한 형태의 유리제품 개발과 대량생산을 가능케 한 신규의 발명이다.

Claims (2)
- 로스트 왁스 주조법에 있어서, 용융유리를 주조하기 위해 알루미나질 내화물 분말 100중량부에 뮤라이트 10중량부와 물 400중량부로 조성된 액상의 매몰재를 모형 왁스 표면에 코팅시킨 후 소성로에서 800℃로 3시간 가열하고 서서히 온도를 낮추어 350℃에서 30분간 유지시키고 냉각하여 구워낸 주형속에 용융유리를 주입, 주조시킴을 특징으로 하는 규석을 주재로한 용융물의 형상 주조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알루미나질 내화물이 반융알루미나 내화물, 반융 알루미나 점화전 애자, 모노프락스K 에서 선택된 1종임을 특징으로 하는 규석을 주재로한 용융물의 형성 주조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
