Abstract

본원발명은 규석을 주재로한 용융물의 형상 주조방법에 관한 것으로, 용융유리(1600。C)에 침식되지 않는 특수한 알루미나질 내화물을 개발하여 이를 통상의 로스트 왁스 주조법에서 매몰재로 사용하고 있는 석고와 대치시키므로서 유리질의 주조를 가능케 한 것이며 알루미나질 내화물로는 반융 알루미나 내와물, 반융 알루미나 점화전 애자, 용융 주로 내화물인 MonofraxK에서 선택한 1종을 사용함으로서 다양한 형태의 유리제품 개발과 대량생산을 가능케 한 신규의 발명이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 로스트 왁스 주조법에 있어서, 용융유리를 주조하기 위해 알루미나질 내화물 분말 100중량부에 뮤라이트 10중량부와 물 400중량부로 조성된 액상의 매몰재를 모형 왁스 표면에 코팅시킨 후 소성로에서 800℃로 3시간 가열하고 서서히 온도를 낮추어 350℃에서 30분간 유지시키고 냉각하여 구워낸 주형속에 용융유리를 주입, 주조시킴을 특징으로 하는 규석을 주재로한 용융물의 형상 주조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 알루미나질 내화물이 반융알루미나 내화물, 반융 알루미나 점화전 애자, 모노프락스K 에서 선택된 1종임을 특징으로 하는 규석을 주재로한 용융물의 형성 주조방법.
