Abstract

본 발명은 트윈스크류를 채용한 실린더 장치에 의해 합성수지계 원료를 용해시키면서 금형측으로 압출되도록 하여 제품을 성형하기 위한 압출성형기의 실린더 및 그 제작방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 실린더를 구성하는 몸체가 조립 및 분해가 가능하도록 적어도 4부분으로 분할 형성되고, 이들 분할몸체들의 내측에 동일각도로 테이퍼진 유출공이 각각 형성되며, 상기 분할몸체의 바같쪽에 형성된 각각의 플랜들이 마주접하여 일체형으로 조립구성되도록 한 것이며, 분할몸체들의 플랜지 사이에 핀들을 개재하여 서로의 조림위치를 설정할 수 있도록 한 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명은 실린더 가공이 용이함은 물론 정밀도가 우수하고, 제작설비 및 시간을 크게 단축시킬 수 있게 되며, 장기간 사웅에 따른 실린더의 마모시나 흑은 파손되는 경우에 해당부분만을 용이하게 교체하여 즉시 사용할 수 있는 것이다.The present invention relates to a cylinder of an extruder for molding a product by dissolving a synthetic resin raw material by a cylinder device employing twin screws and to be extruded to the mold side, and a manufacturing method thereof.
