Abstract

복합 장치는 적어도 하나 그리고 통상 일련의 금속 제조 또는 처리 유니트(1-6)을 갖는 적어도 하나의 금속 제조 유니트(11)와, 적어도 한의 공기 가스용으로 적어도 하나의 배출구(14-18)을 갖는 적어도 하나의 공기 가스 분리 유니트( I )에 의해 적은 수증기 함유량을 갖는 압축 공기가 공급되며, 상기 분리 유니트(Ⅲ)로부터의 가스 배출구(14-18)중 적어도 하나는 발생 유니트의 장치(1-6)중 적어도 하나에 연결되어 가스를 공급한다.

제2도는 본 발명에 따른 복합 장치에 사용하기에 적절한 저온 공기 가스 분리 유니트에 대한 실시예의 개략도.

Claims (24)

  1. 적어도 하나의 금속 제조 또는 처리 장치(1-6)을 구비하는 적어도 하나의 금속 제조 유니트(Ⅱ)와, 적어도 하나의 공기 가스용 배출구(14-18)을 적어도 하나 갖는 적어도 하나의 공기 가스 분리 유니트(Ⅲ)를 포함하는 복합 장치에 있어서, 상기 분리 유티트(Ⅲ)에 연결되고, 상기 분리 유니트(Ⅲ)과 상기 장치(1-6)에 공기를 공급하기 위하여 상기 장치(1-6)에 연결된 적어도 하나의 배출구(21, 22)를 갖는 압축 공기 제조 유너트( I )를 합체하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압축 공기 제조 유니트( I )은 적어도 하나의 하류압축 공기 건조 유니트(20)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 금속 제조 및 처리 장치(1-6)에 가스를 공급하기 위하여 상기 분리 장치(Ⅲ)의 배출구(14-18)을 상기 장치(1-6)에 연결하는 적어도 하나의 유체 파이프 라인을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 장치.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 금속 솔팅 장치(7)인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 장치.
  5. 상기 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 금속 용융 로(1)인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 장치.
  6. 상기 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 용융 금속 처리용 장치(2)인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 장치.
  7. 상기 한중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 압연기(5)인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 장치.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 장치(3 ; 4)는 압연기(5)에 금속을 공급하는 장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 장치.
  9. 상기 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 광석의 환원 및 재환원용 장치(6)인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 장치.
  10. 제 3, 5, 6, 8, 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 장치(1;2;4;6)에 공급되는 가스는 산소인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 장치.
  11. 제3항 및 제6항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 장치(2-5)에 공급되는 가스는 질소인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 장치.
  12. 제3항 및 제6항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 장치(2, 3, 5)에 공급되는 가스는 아르곤인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 장치.
  13. 상기 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 장치(1, 6)은 적어도 하나의 냉각 회로(26, A ; C)를 구비하며, 상기 냉각 회로중 적어도 일부는 분리 유니트(Ⅲ)의 적어도 하나의 유체 회로(170 ; 12)와 기능적으로 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 장치.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 냉각 회로(A ; C)는 분리 유니트(Ⅲ)에 의하여 발생된 가스에 대한 파이프 라인(170)에 의해 열교환기(27)로 작용하는 적어도 하나의 상류부(26)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 장치.
  15. 상기 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 압축 공기 제조 유니트( I )은 적어도 하나의 냉각 회로 (26, B)를 구비하며, 상기 냉각 회로중 적어도 일부는 분리 유니트(Ⅲ)의 적어도 하나의 유체 회로(170 ; 12)와 기능적으로 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 장치.
  16. 상기 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분리 유니트(Ⅲ)은 흡수식 정화 장치(13)을 경유하여 압축 공기 제조 유니트( I )에 연결된 저온 유니트(9)인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 장치.
  17. 제13항 내지 제15항 및 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 냉각수 회로(A;B;C)는 흡수 매체 재생을 위하여 상기 정화장치(13)에 연결된 하류부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 장치.
  18. 상기 항중 어느 한 항에 이어서, 상기 금속은 강철인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 장치.
  19. 제1항 내지 제17항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 금속은 비철금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 장치.
  20. 제16항 또는 제17항에 있어서, 상기 분리 유니트(Ⅲ)은 터빈(30)내에서 팽창된 과압측 공기가 부분적으로 공급되는 중압 컬럼(10)을 갖는 저온 유니트(89)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 장치.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 사용자에게 공급하기 위하여 터빈(30)으로부터 하류로 분기되어 있는 중압 압축 공기 라인(34)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 장치.
  22. 상기 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 압축 공기 제조 유니트( I )은 일련의 압축기(19)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 장치.
  23. 제22항에 있어서, 상기 일련의 압축기(19)중 적어도 일부는 중기로 작동되는 구동 유니트에 의하여 구동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 장치.
  24. 제23항에 있어서, 적어도 일부가 상기 장치(1-6)과 열교환 관계로 작용하는 중기 네트워크(E)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 장치.
