Abstract
본 발명은 제강 및 연속주조 공정에서 발생한 목적외 용강 또는 회송된 지급용강을 고급용강으로 만드는 용강제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 용강을 하나 이상의 빈래들에 리래들링하는 제1공정과, 상기 리래들링 된 용강을 전기아크 가열장치에서 전로유출 슬래그대비 0.3∼0.8중량 퍼세튼의 후락스를 투입하고, 합금철을 투입하여 승온후 아로곤가스의 취입으로 용강의 온도를 균일하게 하여 탄소중량이 0.05∼1.05퍼센트(Cwt%)로 유지되도록 용강내 개제물을 분리 부상시키는 제2공정으로 이루어져 용강의 품질향상 및 실수율향상과 원가의 질감을 특징으로 하는 용강제조 방법이다.The present invention relates to a molten steel manufacturing method for making an extra-purpose molten steel or a returned molten steel generated in a steelmaking and continuous casting process into high-grade molten steel, the first process of ladleing the molten steel into one or more ladles, and the ladle In the molten steel, a slag of 0.3 to 0.8 weight perceton is added to the converter outflow slag in the electric arc heating system, and the ferrous alloy is added to increase the temperature of the molten steel by injecting argon gas.
