Abstract

본 발명은 균류 공격을 받기 쉬운 또는 받은 식물, 상기 식물의 씨 또는 상기 식물이 생장하고 있거나 또는 생장될 배지를 실질적으로 및 부재하에 4-[3(4-클로로페닐)-3-(3,4-디메톡시페닐) 아크릴오일]몰포린의 Z-이성질체로 또는 부형제 및 활성 성분으로서 상기 Z-이성질체로 구성된 조성물로 처리하는 것으로 구성되는 방법 및 살균제로서 Z-이성질체의 사용에 관한 것이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 균류 공격을 받기 쉬운 또는 받은 식물, 상기 식물의 씨 또는 상기 식물이 생장하고 있거나 또는 생장될 배지를 실질적으로 빛 부재하에 4-[3-(4-클로로페닐)-3-(3,4-디메톡시페닐) 아크릴오일]몰포린의 Z-이성질체로 또는 부형제 및 활성 성분으로서 상기 Z-이성질체로 구성된 조성물로 처리하는 것으로 구성되는 군류 박멸 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, Z-이성질체 또는 조성물이 식물의 뿌리에 적용되는 방법.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, Z-이성질체 또는 조성물이 토양 드렌치 법에 의해 적용되는 방법.
  4. 제 1-3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, Z-이성질체의 투여율은 0.01kg/ha-10kg/ha 범위내인 방법.
  5. 제 1-4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 균류가 피토프토라 인페스탄스 (Phytophthora infestans) 또는 플라스모파라 비티콜라(Plasmopara viticola)인 방법.
  6. 제 1-5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, Z-이성질체가 E-이성질체 및 Z-이성질체의 혼합물을 함유한 용액으로부터 Z-이성질체를 선택적으로 결정화하고 이어서 잔류 E-이성질체를 이성질체화하여 E-이성질체 및 Z-이성질체의 혼합물을 형성함으로써 제조되는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 실질적으로 상기 서술된 바와 같고 실시예 1을 참고로 한 방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 실질적으로 상기 서술된 바와 같고 실시예 2를 참고로 한 방법.
  9. 4-[4(4-클로로페닐)-3-(3,4-디메톡시페닐) 아크릴오일]몰포린의 Z-이성질체로 또는 제1항에 서술된 바와 같은 조성물의 살균제로서의 사용.
