Abstract

본 발명은 태양광차단율이 우수한 폴리에스테르직물에 관한 것임.
종래의 여름의복은 가시광선 차단율이 70∼80%, 근적외선 차단율이 20∼40%에 불과하여서 쾌적감이 부족하였다.
본 발명은 이산화티탄을 4.0∼10중량% 함유하거나 티탄칼륨을 3.0∼8.0중량% 함유한 폴리에스테르사를 위사로 하고, 통상의 폴리에스테르사를 경사로 하는 직물임.
본 발명의 직물은 가시광선 투과율이 낮고 반사율이 높으며, 또 근적외선 투과율은 낮고 반사율은 높아서 종래의 직물보다 청량감이 우수한다.
본 발명은 하절용 의복의 원단에 활용된다.

Claims (4)

  1. 전이금속 제2주기금속의 산화물인 무기미립자를 함유하는 폴리에스테르사를 위사로 하고 통상의 폴리에스테르사를 경사로 하는 태양광차단율이 우수한 폴리에스테르직물.
  2. 제1항에서, 전이금속 제2주기금속은 이산화티탄 또는 티탄칼륨임을 특징으로 하는 태양광차단을 우수한 폴리에스테르직물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에서, 이산화티탄의 사용량은 위사중량에 대하여 4.0~10.0중량%이고, 티탄칼륨의 사용량은 위사중량에 대하여 3.0~8.0중량%임을 특징으로 하는 우수한 폴리에스테르직물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 직물의 경, 위사밀도가 공히 150~250본/인치이고 무게는 100~250g/m2, 두께가 0.150~0.250mm임을 특징으로 하는 태양광차단율이 우수한 폴리에스테르직물.
