Abstract

본 발명은 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET)를 사용하여 폴리에스터섬유를 제조함에 있어서, 공중합시 풀리옥시알킬렌글리콜화합물, 비반응성 폴리알킬술폰산금속염, 유전율이 높은 하기식(1)의 금속미립자, SiO2(PET대비 0.1∼10중량%) 및 분산제로써 포스페이트화합물을 가하여 공중합새켜 수득한 폴리에스터를 사용하여 폴리에스터섬율글 제조케하는 폴리에스터섬유의 제조방법으로, 공중합시 유전율이 높은 금속미립자를 첨가하므로 이 폴리에스터로 용융방사하여 수득되는 폴리에스터섬유는 제전성 및 흡수성이 뛰어나다.In the present invention, in the production of polyester fibers using polyethylene terephthalate (PET), the polyoxyalkylene glycol compound, non-reactive polyalkyl sulfonate metal salt during copolymerization, metal fine particles of the formula (1) having a high dielectric constant, SiO 2 (0.1 to 10% by weight compared to PET) and a method of preparing polyester fibers using a polyester obtained by adding a phosphate compound as a dispersing agent to produce a polyester fiber.
