Abstract

본 발명은 폐절삭유를 처리하는 방법에 관한 것으로서 폐절삭유에 산을 첨가하여 초음파를 가한 후 알칼리성 파우더를 첨가하여 교반 정치하여 기름성분을 침전시켜 분리 제거하고 기름성분의 슬러리는 압착 건조시켜 연료 보조재로 사용할 수 있는 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 폐절삭유에 산을 첨가하여 PH3 이하의 산성으로 만들어 초음파를 가한 후 알칼리성 파우더를 첨가하여 PH10이상의 알칼리성으로 하여 기름성분 및 고형성분을 침전시켜 분리함을 특징으로 하는 폐절삭유의 처리방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리성 파우더는 소석회, 규조토 또는 맥반석 등의 파우더임을 특징으로 하는 폐절삭유의 처리방법.
