Abstract

본 발명에 의하면 프라이머 처리 공정 없이 직접 금속을 증착할 수 있는 이축 연신 폴리프로필렌 필름용의 수지 조성물 및 이 수지 조성물을 증착층으로 사용하는 필름이 제공된다. 상기 수지 조성물은 (A) 멜트 인덱스(Melt Index)가 1∼10g/10min이고 아이소태틱 인덱스가(Isotatic Index)가 90∼99%인 호모 폴리포로필렌 베이스 80∼99.9중량% : (B) 폴리프로필렌에 말레산 무수물을 0.1∼10% 그래프(Graft) 중합시켜 얻은 고유점도가 0.1∼2㎗/g인 말레산 무수물 변성 폴리프로필렌 수지 0.1∼10중량% 및 (C) 멜트 인덱스가 0.1∼100g/10min인 폴리올레핀 러버(Polyolefin Rubber) 혹은 에틸렌 비닐아세테이트, 에틸렌 부틸아세테이트 등의 에틸렌 공중합 수지 흑은 폴리에스터에서 선택된 1종의 증착강도 향상 수지 0∼10중량%로 이루어져 있다. 이 수지 조성물을 이용하여 제작된 필름은 프라이머 도포 공정없이 직접·금속을 증착할 수 있으므로 제조 비용이 절감되며, 증착 강도와 광택이 우수한 특징을 갖는다.According to this invention, the resin composition for biaxially stretched polypropylene films which can deposit a metal directly, without a primer treatment process, and the film using this resin composition as a vapor deposition layer are provided.
