Abstract

본 발명은 도어트림 부착용 리테이너 결하방법 및 그 구조에 관한 것으로, 도어트림(30)의 외벽에 리테이너(40)의 몸체(45) 형상과 동일한 계단형 관통구멍 (1)을 뚫어, 상기 도어트림(30)의 외벽(30a)방향에서 리테이너 (40)를 삽입, 고정시키는 방법으로서, 도어트림(30)을 도어프레임(70)에 간단하면서도 확실하게 고정시킬수가 있고, 리테이너(40)의 부착위치가 규격화되어 조립시간이 단축되며, 도어트림(30)의 관통구멍(1)에 리테이너 (40)를 삽입, 고정시키면 몸체(45)의 결합부 (6)가 윗쪽으로 향하게 되어 조립후 해체시에도 도어트림(30)을 도어프레임(70)으로 부터 간단하게 해체시킬수 있도록 한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 도어트림(30)의 외벽(30a)에 계단형의 관통구멍(1)을 뚫고, 상기 도어트림 (30)의 바깥쪽에서 관통구멍(1)속으로 리테이너 삽입, 고정시키후, 도어트림(30)의 외벽(30a)면에 내장재(20)를 부착하며, 상기 도어트림(30)에 결착된 리테이너(40)의 결합부(6)에 체결시킨 클립(60)의 탄성지지부(60b)를 차량 도어프레임(70)의 내부프레임(80)에 뚫려진 결합공(90)내에 탄성결합시키도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 도어트림 부착용 리테이너의 결합방법.
  2. 몸체(45)의 한쪽 선단부에 걸림턱(2)이 구비되고 그 원주면에 지지턱(5)을 갖춘 리테이너(40)가, 도어트림(30)에 계단형으로 형성된 관통구멍(1)의 바깥쪽에서 끼워진 상태에서 상기 걸림턱(2)이 관통구멍(1)이 계단부에 걸려져 있으며, 상기 몸체(45)의 다른쪽 선단부에 형성된 결합홈(7)속에 클립(60)의 헤드부(60a)가 삽입결합된 상태에서, 상기 클립(60)의 탄성지지부(60b)가 도어프레임(70)에 미리 뚫려진 결합구멍(90)에 삽입고정되 있는 한편, 상기 관통구멍(1)속에 삽입되어 걸려진 걸림턱(2)과 도어트림(30)의 윗면에 내장재(20)가 덧씌워져 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 도어트림 부착용 리테이너의 결합구조.
