Abstract

본 발명은 종래의 교환기용 정류기의 정류부와 필러부를 새로히 구성하여 Free Voltage기능을 갖고, 입력역률을 93%로 향상시키고 주회로소자의 스위칭(Switching)을 Zero전압에서 동작시켜 소자의 스트레스(stress)를 저감시켜 EMI노이즈가 저감되고 스위칭에너지를 부하로 반환시키는 방식을 적용하여 스위칭손실도 줄어들도록하고, 고주파로 스위칭하므로서 저소음 및 필터의 용량을 줄이도록한 교환기용 정류기에 관한 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 상용 AC 전원을 전력용 반도체 소자를 이용하여 DC로 변환시키는 정류부와, 정류부 출력전압을 평활시키는 필터부와, 필터부 출력전압을 입력으로 하는 DC/DC 콘버터부로, 구서되는 교환기용 정류기에 있어서, 정류부가 상용전원을 직류로 정류하는 정류기와 이 후단에 IGBT를 이용한 에너지 회생형 스너버를 갖는 Buck콘버터 회로가 접속되어 IGBT구동 펄스폭 조정에 의해 IGBT출력단의 직류전압이 조정되어 IGBT입력직류전압의 변동에 대해서도 IGBT출력전압이 일정하게 유지되는 영전압조정기능을 갖도록 구성되고, 이 후단에 평활용 필터가 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 교환기용 정류기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, IGBT스위칭 동작시 스위치스파이크(Switching Spike) 전압을 없애 영전압에서 스위칭하며 스위칭에너지를 부하측에 반환하는 특징을 갖는 교환기용 정류기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, Buck콘버터의 평활용 인덕터와 연결된 전류환류용 고속다이오드와 직렬로 포화리액터를 삽입하므로서 순간 단락돌입전류를 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는 교환기용 정류기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, Buck콘버터회로는 제6도와 같은 제어회로로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 교환기용 정류기.
