본 고안은 옆문식 농산물 건조기의 열풍순환구조에 관한 겻이다.The present invention is about the hot air circulation structure of the side door agricultural product dryer.
통상의 옆문식 농산물 건조기는 소정넓이의 건조실 일측에 버어너등의 가열 수단을 갖는 열교환로 및 송풍기가 적층설치되는 열교환실이 부설되어 송풍기를 통해 흡입되는 외부공기가 열교환로를 거치면서 열풍화된 후, 유입구를 통해 건조실로 유입됨과 동시에 건조실 상측의 유출구를 통해 열교환실로 재유입되는 순환과정이 반복되면서 건조실내에서의 농산물 건조처리공정이 진행되도록 되어 있다.A conventional side door agricultural product dryer is provided with a heat exchanger having a heating means such as a burner on one side of a drying chamber of a predetermined width, and a heat exchanger chamber in which blowers are stacked to be installed, and the outside air sucked through the blower is heated and passed through a heat exchanger. 이와같은 종래 농산물 건조기에 있어서는, 건조실(1)과 열교환실(2) 사이의 격판넬(3) 상,하 단부에 열풍유출구(4)와 유입구(5)가 각각 형성되어 있는바, 건조실 하측의 유입구(5) 측에 위치되는 하층 부위에는 열교환로(7)를 거치면서 소정의 설정온도로 가열된 상태의 열풍층이 지속적으로 조성되어 비교적 높은 온도가 유지되게 되는 한편, 건조실 상측의 유출구(4) 측에 위치되는 상층부위에는 하층부로부터 상승되는 과정에서의 열손실로 비교적 낮은 온도가 유지되게 되는 불균등 현상이 발생되면서 1회 건조처리 대상인 전체 농산물의 균등한 건조처리가 어려웠던 폐단이 있었다.In such a conventional agricultural product dryer, hot air outlet 4 and inlet 5 are formed at the upper and lower ends of the plate 3 between the drying chamber 1 and the heat exchange chamber 2, respectively. 본 고안은 이와같은 종래의 문제점을 효과적으로 해소하고자 안출된 것으로, 건조실과 열교환실 사이에 존재하는 결판넬의 중간부위에 소규격의 열풍 보조 유입구를 형성해주는 단순구조 변경으로 건조실 상, 하부층 사이의 조성온도차 최소화 효과를 얻도록 하는 간단한 방안을 제공하여 1회 건조처리 대상의 농산물 전량을 보다 균일한 상태로 건조처리할 수 있도록 하는데 주목이 있는 것인바, 그 구성 및 그에 따른 작용효과를 첨부도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.The present invention has been devised to effectively solve such a conventional problem, and the composition between the upper and lower layers of the drying chamber by a simple structure change to form a small size hot air auxiliary inlet in the middle of the panel existing between the drying chamber and the heat exchange chamber.
