Claims (5)
- 열경화성 수지를 모재로 하는 복합재료(3)를 경화함에 있어서, 상기 복합재료(3)에 부착되는 복수개의 전극센서(17)와, 회로에 인가되는 교류전압(V)과 실제로 복합재료(3)에 유도되는 전압(Vm)을 비교하여 소정값의 위상차(ø)를 갖는 사각파형을 각각 형성시키는 복수개의 비교기(1a), (1b)와, 상기 비교기(1a), (1b)로부터 출력된 비교값을 토대로 상기 교류전압(V)과 복합재료(3)에 유도되는 전압(Vm)의 위상차(ø)를 판별하는 위상차 측정기(2)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료의 경화정도 및 점도의 온-라인 모니터링 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복합재료(3)에는 등가저항(Rm)과 등가콘덴서(Cm)용량 및 손실계수(D)를 판별하기 위한 저항(R1)이 접속된 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료의 경화정도 및 점도의 온-라인 모니터링 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 위상차 측정기(2)에 의해 판별된 위상차(ø)는 변환기(11a)에 의해 디지털 데이터로 변환되어 컴퓨터(8)에 입력되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료의 경화정도 및 점도의 온-라인 모니터링 장치.
- 열경화성 수지를 모재로 하는 복합재료(3)를 경화함에 있어서, 외부직경이 가느다란 금속봉(6)을 외부에 복수개의 구멍이 형성되어 있는 금속튜브(4)내에 삽입시킨 후, 상기 봉(6)에 연결된 직류모터(5)를 회전시켜서 이 직류모터(5)에 유도되는 전압(Va)과 전류(Ia)를 측정하고, 회전속도는 직류모터(5)의 축(5a)에 부착된 인코더(7)에 의해서 측정한 후 컴퓨터(8)에 입력시킴으로써 점성계수를 온-라인으로 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료의 경화정도 및 점도의 온-라인 모니터링 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 인코더(7)에 의해 검출된 직류모터(5)의 회전속도(Vm)는 변환기(11d)에 의해 디지털 데이터로 변환되어 컴퓨터(8)에 입력되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료의 경화정도 및 점도의 온-라인 모니터링 장치.
