본 발명은 밀폐형 압축기의 정지시 오일 급유장치에 관한 것으로, 샤프트(1)의 상부에 오일이 흡상되어 저장되는 오일 저장부(10)를 형성하고, 이 오일 저장부(10)에는 압축기의 기동 여부에 따라 유통공(13)을 개폐하는 밸브수단(20)을 설치한 구성으로 되어 있으며, 상기 오일 저장부(10)는 내측에 오일 통로(11)가 형성되고, 이 오일통로(11)의 상부 일측에는 오일 통로(11)를 따라 흡상되는 냉동기유(0)가 저장공간(10')으로 유입되도록 유통공(12)이 형성되며, 오일 저장부(10)의 하부 일단부에 배출을 위한 유통공(13)이 형성된 것이며, 상기 밸브수단(20)은 일예로서 일정 질량을 갖는 볼(21)과 강성을 갖는 탄성체(22)로 구성되어 상기 볼(21)이 원심력에 의해 유통공(13)을 개폐하도록 구성되어 있다. 압축기 정지시에도 샤프트와 커넥팅 로드 사이를 윤활시킬 수 있게 되어 있으므로 재기동시 초기 구동력이 감소되며, 압축기의 경우 냉장고 조건상 짧은 시간에 온/오프되므로 초기 구동력은 냉각 성능에 상당히 중요한 영향을 끼치게 되는바, 본 발명은 초기 구동력이 감소되므로 냉각 성능 향상에 기여하는 이점이 있다.The present invention relates to an oil lubrication device when the hermetic compressor is stopped, and includes an oil storage unit (10) in which oil is sucked up and stored in an upper portion of the shaft (1), and the oil storage unit (10) is operated or not.
