Abstract

본 발명은 도성분이 폴리아미드 또는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트로 된 극세섬유로 이루어진 부직포에 폴리우레탄 탄성체를 함침시켜서 인공피혁을 제조함에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 탄성체내에 삼산화안티몬과 할로겐 화합물을 함유시키거나, 상기 제조된 인공피혁을 유기인계 화합물 20∼30%와 질소계 화합물 2∼10%를 혼합한 용액으로 가공처리함으로써, 자동차 내장재, 가구용 소재로 유용한 난연성이 우수한 스웨드조 인공피혁을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 도성분이 폴리아미드계 또는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트로 된 극세섬유로 이루어진 부직포에 폴리우레탄 탄성체를 함침시켜서 인공피혁을 제조함에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 탄성체내에 삼산화 안티몬 3∼8중량%와 할로겐 화합물 10∼20중량%를 함유시킴을 특징으로 하는 난연성이 우수한 스웨드조 인공피혁의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 삼산화안티몬은 할로겐 화합물에 대하여 20∼40중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성이 우수한 스웨드조 인공피혁의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 할로겐 화합물은 다음 구조식 (Ⅰ)의 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 난연성이 우수한 스웨드조 인공피혁의 제조방법.
  4. 도성분이 폴리아미드계 또는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트로 된 극세섬유로 이루어진 부직포에 폴리우레탄 탄성체를 함침시켜서 제조된 인공피혁을 유기인계 화합물 20∼30중량%와 질소계 화합물 2∼10중량%를 혼합한 용액으로 가공처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성이 우수한 스웨드조 인공피혁의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 유기인계 화합물은 다음 구조식 (Ⅱ)의 화합물임을 특징으로 난연성이 우수한 스웨드조 인공피혁의 제조방법.

  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 질소계 화합물은 다음 구조식 (Ⅲ)의 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 난연성이 우수한 스웨드조 인공피혁의 제조방법.
