Abstract

본 발명은 전자동 세탁기의 회전익 구조에 관한 것으로, 특히 세탁물의 세정도를 향상시켜줄수 있도록 함과 아울러, 세탁물의 꼬임을 최소화하고 이로인해 세탁물의 손상을 방지할수 있도록한 전자동 세탁기의 회전익 구조에 관한 것이다.
이는 중앙에 체결관(53)이 형성되고 상기 체결관을 중심으로 하여 중간지점에 만곡부(511)가 구비되어 외축으로 상향 경사진 원형의 회전판(51)이 형성되며, 상기 회전판 상면에 체결관을 중심으로 방사상으로 하여 소정간격을 갖고 다수개의 회전날개(52)가 형성된 회전익 구조에 있어서, 회전판(51) 상면에 방사상으로 구비된 회전날개(52)를 회전판(51)보다 소정높이를 갖고 상면이 일직선 상태로하여 내측에서 외측으로 상향 경사진 경사면(521)으로 구비되고, 이의 끝단부에는 소정의 경사각을 주어 세탁물이 상, 하로 뒤집힘을 향상시켜 줄수 있도록 내측으로 곡선형이 구비된 경사면(522)이 구비되며, 상기 경사면 하단 끝단면에는 세탁수에 의해 구동부의 과부하를 방지할수 있도록 외측으로 소정의 곡선면을 갖는 경사면(523)으로 구비된 회전날개(52)를 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 전자동 세탁기의 회전익 구조를 제공하게 된 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 중앙에 체결관(53)이 형성되고 상기 체결관을 중심으로 하여 중간지점에 만곡부(511)가 구비되어 외측으로 상향 경사진 원형의 회전판(51) 이 형성되며, 상기 회전판 상면에 체결관을 중심으로 방사상으로 하여 소정간격을 갖고 다수개의 회전날개(52)가 형성된 회전익 구조에 있어서, 회전판(51) 상면에 방사상으로 구비된 회전날개(52)을 회전판(51)보다 소정높이를 갖고 상면이 일직선 상태로하여 내측에서 외측으로 상향 경사진 경사면(521)으로 구비되고, 이의 끝단부에는 소정의 경사각을 주어 세탁물이 상, 하로 뒤집힘을 향상시켜 줄수 있도록 내측으로 곡선형이 구비된 경사면(522)이 구비되며, 상기 경사면 하단 끝단면에는 세탁수에 의해 구동부의 과부하를 방지할수 있도록 외측으로 소정의 곡선면을 갖는 경사면(523)으로 구비된 회전날개(52)를 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 전자동 세탁기의 회전익 구조.
