본 발명은 항진균성 항생물질을 생산하는 신규 바실러스 속 미생물 SY-414 및 상기 바실러스 속 미생물을 이용하여 생산된 항진균성 항생물질인 트리헥소신 및 그의 생산 방법에 관한 것이다. 식물류 진균 특히 벼의 도열병 및 문고병균에 항균능이 높은 신규 바실러스 속 미생물을 토양으로부터 분리 동정하여 YS 액체배지에서 진탕 배양하고 배양액을 원심분리하여, 배양 상등액을 에틸 아세테이트로 추출하고 용매층을 모아 용매를 제거한 후, 용매가 제거된 농축활성 부분을 모아 메탄올에 용해시킨다. 실리카 겔 컬럼 크로마토그라피를 행한 다음, 용매를 제거한 후 농축 활성부분을 디클로로메탄 : 메탄올 (1:5) 용액에 용해시켜 세파덱스 LH-20 컬럼 크로마토그라피를 행하고, 상기에서 용매를 제거한 후 활성부분을 모아 물에 용해시켜 동결건조한다. 상기에서 얻어진 분말상태의 항생물질을 메탄올에 용해시켜 냉장시켜 결정화함을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(I)로 표현되는 신규 항생물질 및 그의 생산 방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a novel Bacillus sp.
