Abstract
본 발명은 기존에 널리 알려진 지방whr폴리에스테르를 이용하면서 올리고머와 동일한 구조를 갖고 있는 동일의 프리폴리머와 폴리(알킬렌 옥사이드)글리콜류와의 합성으로 반응시간을 단축시키면서 생분해성을 증가시키는 지방족폴리에스테르 중합물의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 즉 탄소수 2∼14개의 지방족디카르본산과 탄소수 2∼14개인 지방족 아가글리콜류를 에스테르화 반응시켜 얻어진 중합도 5이하의 지방족폴리에스테르 올리고머를 감압하여 얻은 프리폴리머와 200∼10,000의 분자량을 지닌 폴리(알킬렌 옥사이드)글로콜을 일정비율로 혼합하여 재중축합하므로써 분해성이 우수하고, 부반응물의 양이 적기 때문에 물성향상과 중합물 색상의 저하을 억제할 수 있다.The present invention is an aliphatic polyester which increases the biodegradability while shortening the reaction time by synthesizing the same prepolymer and poly (alkylene oxide) glycols having the same structure as the oligomer while using a conventionally known fatty whr polyester The present invention relates to a method for producing a polymer, that is, a prepolymer obtained by depressurizing an aliphatic polyester oligomer having a degree of polymerization of 5 or less obtained by esterifying a C2-C14 aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and a C2-C14 aliphatic aglycol, and 200-200 The poly (alkylene oxide) glycol having a molecular weight of 10,000 is mixed and recondensed in a predetermined ratio, so that the decomposition property is excellent and the amount of the side reactant is small, thereby improving the physical properties and the decrease in the color of the polymer.
