Abstract

본 발명은 도자기를 제조하는 공정중에 미세한 입자의 연옥분을 첨가하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 연옥분이 첨가된 도자기를 제조하여 연옥의 효능에 대한 혜택을 받을 수 있도록 하기 위한 것으로서, 도자기의 훈련중에 100-300메쉬의 연옥분을 5-15%로 첨가하며 유약에도 200-300 메쉬의 연옥분을 5-15%로 첨가한 후에 제품의 표면에 유약을 칠하므로서, 생산된 제품의 내부와 외면에 연옥분이 고루 분포되는 도자기를 생산하는 유익한 발명인 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 분쇄, 혼련, 1차소성, 1차소성의 공정을 거쳐 도자기를 제조하는 공지의 방법에 있어서, 100-300 메시의 입자로 분쇄된 연옥분을 도자기의 원료에 중량비 5-15%로 첨가한 후에 혼련하며, 200-300 메쉬의 연옥분이 중량비 5-10%로 첨가된 유약으로 도자기의 표면을 유약 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 100-200 매쉬의 연옥분을 도기의 원료에 10-15%의 중량비로 혼합하여 혼련하며, 200-300 메쉬의 연옥분을 유약에 5-10%의 중량비로 혼합한 것을 특징으로 하는 도기를 제조하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 200-300 매쉬의 연옥분을 자기의 원료에 중량비로서 5-15%를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기를 제조하는 방법.
