본 고안은 오디오, 비디오 레코더등의 전기, 전자제품에 있어서, 신호 또는 전원등을 접속 연결하기 위한 프린트 기판 접속용 컨넥터에 관한 것으로 특히, 접속상태를 보다 견고하게 하면서 안정적이며 확실하게 접속시킬수 있도록 한 프린트 기판 접속용 컨넥터에 관한 것이다.
종래에도 오디오 및 비디오 레코더등 전기, 전자제품에서의 각 프린트 기판을 접속 연결하기 위한 컨넥터가 안출된 바 있으나, 이는 암, 수 컨넥터에 각각의 접속단자를 단순히 내장상태로 고정시키고 있었으며 이에 따라 상기 암, 수 컨넥터의 결합시 각 접속단자의 설치상태 편차에 의하여 그 결합이 원활하게 되지 못하였고, 또 상기 각 접속단자들이 각 컨넥터에 단순 삽입형태로 설치되어 있기 때문에 결합시 상기 각 접속단자들이 유동되는 폐단이 있었으며, 이 결합, 분리작업을 여러차례 행할경우 접속단자들의 지지력과 접속력이 약화되어 접속불량 및 접속 신뢰성 상실이 유발되는 등의 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 종래의 제반 문제점을 감안하여 각 접속단자를 각 컨넥터에 견고하게 설치하고 또 각 컨넥터를 결합할때 상기 접속단자들의 유동을 방지하여 그 지지력과 접속력을 보다 증대 시킬수 있도록 안출한 것으로 이를 첨부한 도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
접속단자(2)와 고정단자(3)를 설치한 숫컨넥터(1)를 이의 프린트기판에 설치하고, 접속단자(5)를 가진 암컨넥터(4)를 프린트 기판(7)에 설치하며 상기 암, 수컨넥터(4)(1)를 상호 결합시켜 각각의 접속단자(5)(2)를 접속 연결시킴에 있어서, 상기 암컨넥터(4)에 설치되는 접속단자(5)의 끝단에 상기 프린트 기판(7)의 회로와 접속되는 접속편(6)을 교호로 여러개 설치하고 이 접속편(6)이 지지편 역할을 하면서 단자의 연결부위가 되도록 하며, 암컨넥터(4)의 양측단에 걸림턱(9)을 가진 걸림편(8)을 형성하여 구성된 것이다.
이상과 같이 구성된 본 고안은 접속단자(2)를 가진 숫컨넥터(1)의 고정단자(3)를 이에 연결되는 프린트 기판의 삽입공에 삽입시킨 다음 상기 고정단자(3)를 납땜 등으로 프린트 기판상에 고정시키며, 암컨넥터(4)에는 여러개의 접속단자(5)를 설치한 상태에서 암컨넥터(4)의 양측단에 형성된 걸림편(8)을 프린트 기판(7)의 삽입공에 삽입시키면, 상기 걸림편(8)의 걸림턱(9)이 상기 프린트 기판(7)에 걸리게 되고, 이에 따라 암컨넥터(4)가 상기 프린트 기판(7)상에 고정된다.
상기와 같이 암컨넥터(4)가 프린트 기판(7)에 착설되면, 암컨넥터(4)의 접속단자(5)끝단에 교호로 형성된 접속편(6)들이 상기 프린트 기판(7)의 회로상에 밀착되고 상기 밀착된 접속편(6)들을 프린트 기판(7)의 회로상에 납땜등으로 고정시키게 된다.
상기와 같이 암, 수컨넥터(4)(1)의 설치가 완료되면 이들을 상호 결합시켜 접속단자(5)(2)들이 접속하도록 되어 있고, 각 프린트 기판들이 전기적으로 연결되어 신호 및 전원등이 연결되는 것이다.
이상과 같은 본 고안은 암컨넥터(4)의 접속단자(5)를 이의 프린트 기판(7)에 용이하게 설치 고정시킬수 있고, 또 상기 접속단자(5)를 접속편(6)으로써 고정시키므로 프린트 기판(7)의 회로와의 연결접속이 확실하게 되며, 단락시 이를 용이하게 수리할수 있다.
또, 상기 접속편(6)이 지지편 역할을 하게되어 상기 숫컨넥터(1)의 결합시 받는 하중을 이겨낼수 있으며 안정적인 컨넥터 접속을 도모할수 있고, 접속단자들의 접속력과 지지력을 크게 향상 시킬수 있게되는 점등이 특징을 지닌 것이다.
Claims (1)
- 고정단자(3)를 가진 접속단자(2)가 설치된 숫컨넥터(1)와 접속단자(5)를 가진 암컨넥터(4)를 각각의 프린트 기판에 설치하고 상기 암, 수컨넥터(4)(1)를 상호 결합하여 접속하도록 한 것에 있어서, 상기 암컨넥터(4)의 접속단자(5)들 하면에 접속편(6)을 교호로 형성하고 암컨넥터(4)의 양측단에는 걸림턱(9)을 가진 걸림편(8)을 형성시켜 상기 암컨넥터(4)를 프린트 기판(7)에 설치하도록 구성하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 프린트 기판 접속용 컨넥터.
