Abstract

본 발명은 농업용 EVA(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate)필름의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 다층 압출성형기를 사용하여 상층면에는 LDPE나 LLDPE 수지를 압출하고 중층에는 VA 15%~25%의 고농도 EVA수지층을, 하층에는 LDPE나 LLDPE 또는 VA3%~5%의 저농도 EVA수지층을 각각 형성하되, 상ㆍ중ㆍ하층간의 두께 비율이 20 : 60 : 20~10 : 80 : 10의 비율이 되게 구성함을 특징으로 하는 합성수지 필름의 제조방법.

Claims (1)

  1. 다층 압출성형기를 사용하여 상층면에는 LDPE나 LLDPE 수지를 압출하고 중층에는 VA 15%~25%의 고농도 EVA수지층을, 하층에는 LDPE나 LLDPE 또는 VA3%~5%의 저농도 EVA수지층을 각각 형성하되, 상ㆍ중ㆍ하층간의 두께 비율이 20 : 60 : 20~10 : 80 : 10의 비율이 되게 구성함을 특징으로 하는 합성수지 필름의 제조방법.
