Abstract

Next, a voltage is applied to a part of the transparent electrode, and a phosphor material is deposited on the transparent electrode to which the voltage is applied to form a phosphor layer. The phosphor layer can be easily deposited for each color without the need for a lift-off process, and the alignment process of the mask can be easily performed using recesses.
