Abstract

본 발명은 외관의 단순성을 확보하는 동시에 비용적으로 유리한 구조를 구비한 공기조화기의 실외기를 제공하는 것으로, 실외기 본체(1)내에 열교환기(2), 송풍기(3), 압축기(4) 및 이것을 구동제어하는 전기부품(5)등의 구성부품을 배치하고 전기부품과, 리드선(15)을 통해 전기적으로 접속하는 SL커넥터(13)를 배선덮개(17)로 덮고 이 배선덮개와 상기 커넥터에 접속되는 외부배선(16)을 접속배관을 커버하는 백밸브커버(18)로 덮으며, 실내기에서 길게 나온 냉매관(Pa, Pb)을 접속하기 위한 백밸브(12a, 12b)를 돌출시킨 것에 있어서 각 백밸브의 냉매관 접속구체(40a, 40b)에 접속되는 냉매관단부의 실제의 경사량과, 실제의 냉매관 단부절단위치를 나타내는 표시부(50)를 설치한 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (7)

  1. 실외기 본체내에 열교환기, 송풍기, 압축기 및 이들을 구동제어하는 전기 부품등의 구성부품을 배치한 공기조화기의 실외기에 있어서 이 실외기는 상기 실외기 본체에 배치되는 전기부품을 리드선을 통해 전기적으로 접속하는 단자부와, 이 단자부를 덮는 배선덮개와, 이 배선덮개 및 상기 단자부에 접속되는 외부배선과 함께 외부에서 길게 나와 실외기에 접속되는 접속배관을 덮는 백밸브커버를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 실외기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배선덮개는 상기 외부배선을 끼워 관통하는 배선취출구를 구비하고 또한 이 배선취출구의 근방에 외부배선을 실외기 본체에 눌러 고정하는 고정수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 실외기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배선덮개는 불연성재료로 형성됨과 동시에 하단부에 접혀 세워진 부분을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 실외기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 백밸브커버는 그 일부에 운반손잡이용 오목부와 일체적으로 형성되고, 상기 배선덮개는 백밸브커버의 상기 운반손잡이용 오목부와 대향하는 부위에 이 운반손잡이용 오목부가 삽입되는 걸어맞춤오목부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 실외기.
  5. 실외기 본체의 측면부에 실내기에서 길게 나온 냉매관을 접속하기 위한 백밸브를 돌출시킨 공기조화기의 실외기에 있어서, 상기 백밸브의 냉매관접속구체를 비스듬히 경사지게 하고, 상기 실외기 본체측면부에 백밸브의 냉매관접속구체에 접속되는 냉매관단부의 실제의 경사량과 실제의 냉매관 단부절단위치를 나타낸 표시부를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 실외기.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 백밸브에 접속되는 냉매관은 대직경의 것과 소직경의 것이 있고 상기 표시부는 상기 대직경의 냉매관에 대응해서 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 실외기.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 실외기 본체측면부를 구성하는 부품에 상기 표시부에 관계되는 배관작업설명과 필요치의 지시 및 실제의 길이표준게이지로 구성되는 배관 작업설명수단이 기재되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 실외기.
