Abstract
목적 : 고충전 종이의 제조방법을 제공함을 목적으로 한다.PURPOSE: To provide a method for producing high-fill paper.
구성 : 초지기로 종이내에 무기충전물을 함유하는 종이를 제조함에 있어서, 고해한 목재펄프를 섬유장 분별기를 거쳐서 단섬유분의 전체 중량에 대하여 10~30%가 되도록 단섬유분과 장섬유분으로 분리하되, 분리된 단섬유분을 무기충전물과 혼합한 후 이에 양이온성 고분자 보류향상제를 전체 중량에 대하여 0.02~0.1%를 첨가하여 응집체를 형성시킨 다음 이를 장섬유분과 재차 혼합하므로서 종이내에 충전물의 함량을 증가시키고, 지료내의 미세분의 보류도를 향상시킬 수 있고, 종이내의 충전물의 분포상태가 균일하는 등의 효과가 있다.Composition: In the manufacture of paper containing inorganic fillers in paper, the beaten wood pulp is separated into short fiber powder and long fiber powder so that 10-30% of the total weight of the short fiber powder is passed through a fiber length separator. , After mixing the separated short fiber powder with inorganic filler, add the cationic polymer retention enhancer 0.02 ~ 0.1% with respect to the total weight to form agglomerates, and then mix it again with the long fiber powder to increase the filler content in the paper.
