Abstract

본 발명은 세탁기의 제어부에 관한 것이다. 더욱 구체적으로는 세탁기의 제어부를 설치하기 위한 방법에 관한 것으로, 세탁기 상부판의 커버 내부에 제어부를 설치하기 위한 방법에 관한 것이다. 또한 상기의 방법에 의하여 설치된 세탁기의 제어부 구조에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은, 내커버와 외커버로 구성된 커버를 준비하는 단계; 상기 내커버에 칸막이를 설치하는 단계; 상기 칸막이로 구분된 공간에 제어부를 부착하는 단계; 상기 제어부가 부착된 칸막이에 우레탄을 투입하는 단계; 내커버와 외커버를 결합하는 단계; 및 상기 외커버에 제어부 표시용의 스티커를 부착하는 단계; 로 구성되며 상기와 같은 방법에 의하여 구성된 세탁기 장착구조인 것을 특징으로 한다.

제4도는 제3도의 세탁기의 상부 평면을 도시한 것이다.
제5도는 제4도의 제1커버를 확대하여 도시한 것이다.
제6도는 제5도의 A-A선을 따라서 절취한 절단면을 도시한 것으로, 우레탄으로 모울딩되는 제어부를 도시한 것이다.
제7도는 외커버, 내커버, 및 제어부가 조립된 상태를 도시한 절단면도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 세탁기의 제어부 설치방법에 있어서, 내커버와 외커버로 구성된 커버를 준비하는 단계; 상기 내커버에 칸막이를 설치하는 단계; 상기 칸막이로 구분된 공간에 제어부를 부착하는 단계; 상기 제어부가 부착된 칸막이에 우레탄을 투입하는 단계; 내커버와 외커버를 결합하는 단계; 및 상기 외커버에 제어부 표시용의 스티커를 부착하는 단계; 로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기 제어부의 장착 방법.
  2. 세탁기 제어부의 설치구조에 있어서, 내커버와 외커버로 구성된 커버를 준비하고, 상기 내커버에 칸막이를 설치하여 공간을 구분하고, 상기 칸막이로 구분된 공간에 제어부를 부착하며, 상기 칸막이에 우레탄을 투입하고, 내커버와 외커버를 결합하고, 상기 외커버에 제어부 표시용의 스티커를 부착하여 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기 제어부의 장착 구조.
