자동 급, 단수 장치를 갖는 샤워기

본 고안은 샤워기의 자동 급, 단수 장치에 관한 것으로 욕실 바닥면의 샤워기 물 덜어지는 곳에 샤워기 급수 밸브 제어용의 답동판을 장착하여 샤워를 하기 위하여 답동판에 올라서면 자동으로 급수가 이루어지고 답동판으로부터 내려서면 자동으로 단수가 이루어지게 함으로써 샤워의 편의성 향상과 물의 경제적인 사용을 도모한 것이다.
종래에도 샤워기에 자동 급, 단수 장치를 장착한 것들이 다수 안출되어 실용화 된 적이 있으나 종래의 샤워기 자동 급, 단수 장치들은 주로 샤워기 자체에 장착되어 샤워기를 손으로 잡았을 때에 급수가 이루어지게 하였기 때문에 샤워 도중에는 샤워기를 잡은 손을 자유롭게 사용할 수 없는 불편이 있었다.
따라서 본 고안은 이러한 종래의 불편을 해소하기 위하여 샤워자가 샤워기의 물떨어지는 지점에 섰을 때에 자동적으로 급수가 이루어지게 한 것으로 이를 첨부도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안은 온, 냉수 조절용 핸들(3)을 갖는 밸브체(3a)로부터 물분사공(2a)을 갖는 샤워기(2)가 관출된 통상의 샤워장치(1)의 구성에 있어서, 샤워장치(1)의 밸브체(3a)로 유입되는 욕실 바닥면(10)의 온, 냉수관(11) (12)에 승강식 개폐밸브(7)를 갖는 밸브체(6)를 장착하여 밸브체(6) 내의 승강식 개폐밸브(7)가 스프링(5)에 의해 상방 탄지되는 답동판(4)에 의해 승강되게 하여서 된 것이다.
제 3 도는 본 고안의 제 2 실시예도로서 샤워기(2)로 통하는 수도관(2b)에 볼밸브(13)을 장착하여 욕실 바닥면에 재치된 상태에서 스프링(5)에 의해 상방 탄지되는 답동판(4)과 상기 볼밸브(13)의 레버(14)를 연결간(15)에 의해 연결함으로써 답동판(4)의 답동 여부에 따라 볼밸브(13)가 개폐되게 하여서 된 것이다.
이상과 같은 본 고안은 샤워시 온, 냉수 조절용 핸들(3)을 조절하여 샤워용 물의 온도를 조절한 상태에서 답동판(4) 위에 올라서면 답동판(4)에 의해 밸브체(3a) 내의 승강식 개폐밸브(7)가 하강하여 [제 3 도에 의한 제 2 실시예의 경우 볼밸브(13)가 회전되어] 자동으로급수가 이루어지고 샤워후 답동판(4)으로부터 내려오면 답동판(4)이 스프링(5)에 의해 상방 탄지되면서 밸브체(6) 내의 개폐밸브(7)를 승강시켜 자동으로 지수가 이루어지는 것으로 본 고안에 의한 샤워장치는 손으로 샤워기(2)의 급, 단수를 제어하지 않더라도 샤워전후에 있어서, 답동판(4)의 승강에 따라 자동적으로 급, 단수가 이루어지기 때문에 샤워 도중 양손을 자유롭게 사용할 수 있어 샤워의 편의성이 향상되는 것은 물론 샤워중 비누칠을 하거나 머리에 샴푸를 바를 때에는 답동판(4)으로부터 내려 섬으로써 즉시 급수를 중단시킬 수 있어 물의 낭비를 방지할 수 있는 점에서도 실용성이 매우 현저한 것이다.

  1. 샤워기(2)의 밸브체(3a)를 단속하는 답동판(4)이 스프링(5)에 의해 상방으로 탄지된 통상의 급, 단수장치를 갖는 샤워기에 있어서 ; 상기 밸브체(3a)로 유입되는 욕실 바닥면의 온, 냉수관(11, 12) 중도에는 상기 답동판(4)에 의해 승강개폐되는 개폐밸브(7)를 가진 승강식 밸브체(6)를 설치하여 자동으로 급, 단수가 이루어질 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 급, 단수 장치를 갖는 샤워기.
