Abstract
NC(Numerical Control) 절삭시스템 이상진단을 위한 다중 센서와 비젼 장치의 복합적 이용에 관한 기술로 NC 머시인의 무인화 운전에 있어서 가공중의 공구파괴나 마모 등은 프로그램에 의한 연속적인 가공공정이 불가능하여 공구 이상진단 감지가 선행되어야 하므로 실시간(Real time)으로 수행하는 기술에 관한 것으로 공구의 파괴와 마모 공작기계 진동 그리고 공구의 온도와 주축 모터의 과부하등 공작기계의 총체적인 이상진단을 위하여 해당위치에 하중센서(1), AE(Acoustic Emission) 센서(3), 가속도계(2), 전류측정센서(6), 비젼센서(5) 및 공구팁(7) 아래 부분에 설치하는 온도측정센서(4) 등을 동시에 사용하는 센서퓨전(Sensor Fusion)에 관한 기술방법을 특징으로 하는 다중센서와 비젼장치를 복합적으로 이용한 엔.시(NC) 절삭시스템의 실시간 공구상태 감시방법.NC (Numerical Control) This technology is based on the combined use of multiple sensors and vision devices for abnormal diagnosis of cutting systems. In the unmanned operation of NC machines, tool destruction or wear during machining cannot be performed continuously by program. Since the detection of tool abnormality should be preceded, it is a technology that performs in real time.
