굴뚝 설치용 집진장치

본 고안은 공장, 목욕탕등의 굴뚝 상단에 장착하여 굴뚝을 통하여 배출되는 매연중에 포함된 카본물질등의 미연소 미립자를 분수(噴水)장치로서 여과 및 포집시킴으로써 매연을 정화된 상태로 배출하여 대기오염을 줄일수 있도록 한 공장굴뚝용의 매연 여과장치에 관한 것으로서 굴뚝의 매연 배출기능을 저하시킴없이 저렴한 운용비로서 능률적으로 매연을 정화할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
종래에도 환경오염방지 차원에서 굴뚝용의 매연여과장치가 개발된 적이 있으나 종래의 매연여과 장치는 가격이 너무 높을 뿐만 아니라 굴뚝에 여과장치를 장착하는 경우 굴뚝의 매연배출기능이 저하되기 때문에 이의 설치를 꺼려하는 폐단이 있었고 굴뚝에 매연여과장치를 장착한 경우에도 이를 가동하지 않고 매연을 그냥 방출하는 경향이 있어 대기오염이 심화되는 폐단이 있었다.
따라서 본 고안은 이러한 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출한 것으로 이를 첨부도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 본 고안은 내주면 하단에 저수부(5)를 갖는 원통형의 집진통(2)를 형성하여 집진통(2)의 굴뚝(1)의 상단부에 장착하되, 집진통(2)의 내주면 일측으로 다수의 물분사공(8)을 갖는 급수파이프(7)을 수평으로 장착하고 집진통(2)의 저수부(5) 바닥일측에 배수구(6)를 형성하여 지면(14) 일측에 장착되는 저수통(12)과 상기 집진통(2)의 배수구(6)를 배수관(10)으로 연결하고 집진통(2)의 급수파이프(7)와 저수통(12)의 펌프(11)를 급수관(9)으로 연결한후 저수통(12)의 배수관(10) 하단과 펌프(11) 사이에 집진필터(13)를 간설하여서 된 것이다.
이상과 같은 본 고안은 굴뚝(1)을 통하여 매연을 배출할 때마다 저수통(12)의 펌프(11)를 가동하여 저수통(12)내의 물을 집진통(2)의 급수파이프(7)로 송급함으로써 굴뚝(1)밖으로 배출되는 매연이 급수파이프(7)의 물분사공(8)을 통하여 분사되는 물줄기를 통과하게 하여 매연에 포함된 재등의 미연소 입자가 물에 흡착되어 물과함께 집진통(2) 급수파이프(7) 타측면에 부딪힌후 집진통(2)의 저수부(5)로 떨어지게하는 것으로서 물에 흡착되어 물과 함께 집진통(2)의 저수부(5)로 떨어진 매연입자는 집진통(2)의 배수구(6)와 배수관(10)을 통하여 저수통(12)으로 떨어진후 저수통(12)내의 집진필터(13)에 의해 여과되어 펌프(11)로서 재송급되는 것이다.
이때 매연여과용의 물에 유화제를 적정량 혼합하는 경우에는 목재 연소시에 발생되는 탄화물의 매연은 물론 고무등의 고분자 화합물을 연소할때에 발생되는 고분자 매연까지 용이하게 흡착 여과시킬수 있다.
이상과 같은 본 고안은 매연 여과장치의 구조가 간단하여 여과장치의 설치비가 저렴할 뿐만 아니라 매연여과 장치가동에 소요되는 경비는 펌프(11) 가동을 위한 전기료 밖에 소요되지 않아 매연여과장치의 운전경비가 극히 저렴하며, 집진통(2)의 분사공(8)을 통하여 분무상태로 분사되는 물은 매연이나 공기의 흐름을 거의 방해하지 않아 굴뚝의 매연배출 기능을 크게 저하시킴없이 매연에 포함된 미연소 입자를 여과시킬 수 있는 점에서 실용성이 매우 현저한 것이다.

  1. 굴뚝설치용 집진 장치를 형성함에 있어서 굴뚝(1) 상단에 저수부(5)를 갖는 집진통(2)을 장착하여 집진통(2)의 내주면 일측에 다수의 물분사공(8)들을 갖는 급수파이프(7)을 횡설하고 집진통(2)의 저수부(5) 바닥면에 배수구(6)를 천설하여 지면에 장착되는 저수통(12)과 집진통(2)의 배수구(6)를 배수관(10)으로 연결하며 저수통(12)의 펌프(11)와 집진통(2)의 급수파이프(7)를 급수관(9)으로 연결한후 저수통(12)의 배수관(10)하단과 펌프(11) 사이에 집진필터(13)를 간설하여서 된것에 특징이 있는 굴뚝설치용 집진장치.
