Abstract
베개, 방석, 등받이 등 쿠숀류의 내부에 사용하는 신규의 플라스틱류의 재질과 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 의해 종래의 베개류의 내부물질의 문제점인 통기성, 복원성, 유연성을 개선하기 위하여, 폴레에틸렌, 바이오세라믹, 가소제, 착색제, 마스터베치 등을 혼합하여 가열하고, 이를 압출기계를 통해 뽑아내고, 찬물에 냉각한 후 절단하여 얻은 베갯속용 칩을 제공한다. 상기와 같은 베갯속용 칩을 사용함으로써 베개 등은 반영구적이 되고 보다 부드럽고 탄력성과 통풍성이 우수한 베개를 제공하게 되어 국민의 건강에 이 바지함은 물론 그 응용범위 또한 무한하다.

Claims (8)
- 폴리에틸렌 60-100중량%, 바이오세라믹0-40중량%, 가소제 0-40%중량%로 이루어진 베갯속용 칩 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 착색제, 마스터베치를 더욱 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항의 조성물로 제조된 베갯속용 칩을 포함하는 베개.
- 제3항에 있어서, 베갯속용 칩을 직경보다 작은 구멍이 난 내피를 베갯잇으로 하는 베개.
- 폴리에틸렌, 바이오세라믹, 가소제를 혼합하는 단계; 상기 혼합물을 가열하는 단계; 상기 가열된 혼합물을 압출성형하는 단계; 상기 압출성형물을 냉각하는 단계; 그리고 상기 냉각단계의 결과물을 절단하는 단계로 이루어진 베갯속용 칩의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 바이오세라믹은 혼합물 중량비 1-5%로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 가열온도를 섭씨 120도 내지 220도인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법
- 제5항에 있어서, 베갯속용 칩의 길이는 5-20mm, 직경은 3-15mm, 막두께는 0.2-1mm인 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
