Description

선박에 있어서 보강재의 공간을 이용한 파이프 및 전선류의 배치구조
제1도는 본 고안의 요부확대 개략도.
제2도는 종래의 요부확대 개략도.
본 고안은 선박에 있어서 화물창과 선실, 선실과 선실사이의 갑판을 지지하는 보강재의 공간을 이용하여 파이프 및 전선류를 배치하는 구조에 관한 것으로 선박내의 통행이나 각종 장비설치에 지장을 주지 않으면서 설치작업이 용이하게 한 것이다.
종래의 이와같은 위치에 있어서 파이프 및 전선류를 배치하는 방식으로서는 제2도와 같이 선박을 구획하는 갑판에 보강재(1)를 취부시켜 갑판(2)에 작용하는 하중을 지탱할 수 있도록 되어있음과 파이프 및 전선류(3)를 설치하는데 있어 버팀재(4)가 필요하며 그위에 다시 판재(5)를 놓고 스크류(6)로 고정하는 것이여서 자재의 소모가 많고 제작 및 설치공수가 과대해지는 결점이 있었다.
본 고안은 이와같은 종래의 버팀재를 이용한 파이프 및 전선류를 배치하는 방식을 지양하고 버팀재 대신 보강재의 구조를 변경하여 이로인해 형성된 사이공간에 파이프 및 전선류를 배치함으로서 자재의 소모가 제거되고 전체설비의 제작 및 설치공수를 간소화시키며 이로인해 선박내의 통행이나 각종 장비 설치 작업에 지장을 주지 않게한 것이다.
이하 고안의 요지를 첨부도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. "ㄱ"형의 보강재(1)를 갑판(2)의 상단에 설치함으로서 판재(5) 사이에 공간부(7)를 형성하여 이 공간부(7)에 파이프 및 전선류(3)를 설치하고, 보강재(1)와 판재(5)는 스크류(6)로 고정시킨 구조이다.
이와같이 된 본 고안은 화물창 천정 부분의 갑판 상단에 버팀재의 역할과 보강재의 역할을 동시에 하는 "ㄱ"형의 보강재(1)를 용접 설치하여 공간부(7)를 형성시켜 그 공간부(7)에 파이프 및 전선류(3)를 배치하고 보강재(1) 상단에 판재(5)를 스크류(6)로 고정시키므로서 실제 시공이 극히 용이할 뿐만 아니라 별도의 버팀재를 설치하지 않으므로 버팀재 자재가 생략되고 설치공간이 확대되어 협소한 선박내부를 더욱 활용할 수 있는 것이다.

  1. "ㄱ"형의 보강재(1)를 갑판(2)의 상단에 설치함으로서 판재(5) 사이에 공간부(7)를 형성하여 이 공간부(7)에 파이프 및 전선류(3)를 설치하고, 보강재(1)와 판재(5)는 스크류(6)로 고정시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 "선박에 있어서 보강재의 공간을 이용한 파이프 및 전선류의 배치구조".
