본 고안은 각종 식품을 보관 또는 운반하기 위한 용기로서 용기 자체가 단열기능을 갖도록 하여 장기간 식품의 신선도를 유지할 수 있도록 한 식품 보관용 단열용기에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a container for storing or transporting various foods, so that the container itself has a heat insulating function to maintain the freshness of the food for a long time.
일반적으로 수산물이 육류등 부패의 우려가 높은 식품의 경우 이를 유동시키기 위한 수단으로서의 보관 및 운반과정에서 상당한 주위를 요하게 되므로 통상 발포 폴리스티렌(Polystrene)이나 나무등으로 용기를 제작하여 이에 식품과 얼음등을 혼합 수용토록 하였던바, 발포 폴리스티렌으로 되는 용기의 경우에는 단열 효과는 우수한 반면 견고하지 못하여 용기가 파손되는 경우가 빈번 하였고 나무로 되는 용기의 경우에는 견고한 반면 단열효과가 미약하여 식품이 부패되는 경우가 빈번 하였으며, 특히 이들 모두는 1회 사용후 폐기함에 따라 자원을 낭비학 됨은 물론 재생 또한 불가능한 산업 폐기물로 분류되어 환경을 오염시키게 되는 중대한 문제점이 있었던 것이다.In general, in the case of foods with high risk of corruption such as meat, it requires considerable surroundings in the process of storage and transportation as a means to flow them.
