Abstract

본 발명은 모듈 디스플레이 시스템의 일부로 결합되는 보호용 봉입물용 힌지없는 어셈블리에 대해 상술한다. 보호용 봉입물은 메인프레임와 오픈 페이스 판넬프레임을 가진다. 메인프레임과 오픈 페이스 판넬프레임은 표준화된 돌기와 조인트에 의해 조립되고, 오픈 페이스 판넬프레임의 모서리를 따라 긴 반원 홈과 메인프레임의 외부 모서리를 따른 긴 실린더 비드는 모듈 봉입물을 형성하기 위해 고정된다. 가스켓은 날씨에 대해 저항성을 가지는 봉입물을 형성할 수 있도록 힌지없는 어셈블리에 배치된다. 봉입물의 힌지없는 어셈블리는 용이하게 근접하기 위해 열릴 수 있도록 오픈 페이스 판넬을 이용하고 오픈 페이스 판넬이 닫혀 있을때, 외부환경에서 디스플레이 시스템 내부를 봉합한다. 본 발명의 다양한 구성요소는 규격화되고, 상호 호환성이 있어 디스플레이 시스템의 모양에 따라 제조시에 경제적으로 하기 위함이다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 봉입물의 확대사시도이다. 제1A도는 본 발명의 구체예에 따른 디스플레이 시스템용 힌지없는 어셈블리의 정면, 우측면, 단면을 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 디스플레이 시스템의 보호용 봉입물의 구성에 있어서, 상측 메인프레임, 하측 메인프레임과 한쌍의 측부 프레임으로 구성된 메인프레임, 봉입물의 적어도 한면이 열린 면을 에워싸는 판낼프레임과 이때 판낼프레임은 상측 판낼프레임, 하측 판낼프레임과 한쌍의 측부프레임으로 구성되고, 메인프레임의 외면에서 이어지는 긴 실린더 비드를 가지는 힌지가 없는 어셈블리와, 이 어셈블리는 메인프레임의 외측 모서리에 마주하는 한 모서리에서 이어지는 긴-반원-실린더홈을 가지고, 이홈은 비드에 미끄러지듯이 고정되며, 판낼프레임은 비드의 종축을 따라 평행한 축주변을 회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 봉입물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 메인프레임과 판낼프레임이 메인프레임의 열린면위로 닫을때, 자체 스탠딩이 가능한 봉입물을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 봉입물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 홈은 홈내의 비드를 유지하기 위한 두개의 긴단부로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 봉입물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 힌지없는 어셈블리에는 자연물로부터 봉입물이 보호될 수 있도록 힌지 어셈블리를 따라 배치된 긴 가스켓을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 봉입물.
  5. 봉입물로 디스플레이 시스템을 보호하는 방법에 있어서, 메인프레임으로 디스플레이 시스템의 측부 공간을 에워싸고, 메인프레임은 상측 메인프레임, 하측 메인프레임과 한쌍의 측부 메인프레임으로 구성되고, 판낼프레임으로 디스플레이 시스템의 오픈면을 에워싸고, 판낼프레임은 상측 판낼프레임, 하측 판낼프레임, 한쌍의 측부 판낼프레임으로 구성되고, 힌지없는 어셈블리는 디스플레이 시스템의 측면과 오픈면을 에워싸고, 어셈블리는 메인프레임의 외부모서리중 어느것에서부터 이어지는 긴 실린더형 비드를 가지고, 힌지없는 어셈블리는 메인프레임의 외부모서리와 마주하는 모서리에서 이어지는 긴-반원형 실린더 홈을 가지고 홈이 비드와 미끄러지듯이 고정되며, 판낼프레임이 비드의 종축에 평행한 축을 따라 회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 판낼프레임이 메인프레임의 적어도 하나의 열린면위로 닫힐때, 자체 스탠딩이 가능한 봉입물을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 홈은 홈내에 비드를 유지할 수 있도록 양단부를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 힌지없는 어셈블리는 봉입물이 외부 자연환경에 대해 보호받을 수 있도록 힌지없는 어셈블리를 따라 배치된 긴 가스켓으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 첨부도면과 전술한 설명에서와 같은 디스플레이 시스템용 보호 봉입물.
