본 발명은 파라핀왁스 에멀죤, 실리콘오일 에멀죤, 기타 광유 및 식용유 에멀죤을 포함하는 수용성 오일을 상온 상압하에서 반응 침전분리하여 맑은 처리액을 얻도록하는 에멀죤 폐수의 처리방법에 관한 것으로 파라핀왁스 에멀죤, 실리콘오일 에멀죤, 식용유 에멀죤등의 수용성 오일폐수를 처리함에 있어서, 수용성 오일폐수에 HCl 또는 NaoH를 넣어 PH를 4로 조절하는 과정과, PHC(AL2(OH)2-Cl6-n)m으로써, N=1-5, M=10 이하의 무기고분자 화합물을 폐수대비 1-5% 투입하는 과정과, NaoH를 투입 PH를 7로 조절하는 과정과, 농도를 0.05-0.1% 정도로 하며 생성된 Nuclear에 고분자 화합물을 투입해 Floc를 크고 비중이 크게 처리함으로서 일반적인 수용성 ㅍㅒ수를 손쉽고 신속하게 처리하며, 처리가 간단하고 비용이 저렴하고, 탁도 및 COD 제거율이 유용한 효과와 함께 대기오염을 유발시키기 않고 처리할 수 있는 것이다.The present invention relates to a method for treating emulsion water wastewater, wherein the water-soluble oils including paraffin wax emulsions, silicone oil emulsions, other mineral oils and edible oil emulsions are reacted and precipitated at room temperature under normal pressure to obtain a clear treatment solution.
