본 발명은 선체블록등의 도장방법에 관한 것으로서, 작업환경의 개선, 작업안전의 확보 및 노동의 경감화에 의해 에너지절약, 인력절약 공기단축 및 코스트저감이 가능한 경제적인 선체블록등의 도장방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한 것이며, 이를 실현하는 본 발명의 쇼트블라스트 또는 산세정처리후, 숍프라이머도장 또는 화성피막처리를 실시한 강판의 양면에 각각 균일하게 정전도장분체를 산포하고, 이 산포도장분체의 불요부분을, NC제어에 의해 이동하는 흡인노즐을 개재해서 제거한 후, 잔류정전도장분체를 양면 다같이 고주파베이킹하는 베이킹공정과, 이 베이킹공정후의 강판을 NC제어에 의해 소정형상으로 절단한 후, 그 일부미도장 부분에 관계강판을 용접해서 중간조립블록을 형성하는 중간조립블록공정과, 이 중간조립블록의 복수개를 상호 용접해서 대조립블록을 형성하는 대조립블록공정과, 이 대조립블록을 산세정에 의해 2차 밑바탕처리한 후, 대조립블록에 2차도장을 실시해서 총조립블록을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a coating method of the hull block, etc., and to an economical hull block such as energy saving, manpower saving air shortening and cost reduction by improving the working environment, securing work safety and reducing labor.
