Abstract
본 발명을 에틸렌과 산소 또는 산소함유 기체의 기상 접촉 부분산화반응에 의하여 산화에틸렌을 제조하는데 사용하는 은 담지 촉매에 관한 것으로서, 담체 성형시에 산화니오비움을 담체 전체 무게에 대하여 5~40중량%를 첨가하여 제조된 것을 특징으로 하며, 또한 성형된 담체에 수산니오비움을 도핑하여 담체를 처리한 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 산화에틸렌 제조용 은 담지 촉매는 활성 및 선택성이 매우 높고, 촉매의 수명도 길다.The present invention relates to a silver supported catalyst which is used to prepare ethylene oxide by gas phase catalytic partial oxidation of ethylene and oxygen or oxygen-containing gas.
