Abstract

본 발명은 생수펌프 부착형 제균용 여과기에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 중공사막을 이용한 여과 카트리지(Cartridge)를 기존 생수펌프에 부착하여 소비자가 생수를 마시기 전에 분리막으로 여과하므로서 무균화된 물을 마실 수 있도록 한 생수펌프 부착형 제균용 여과기에 관한 것이다. 지금까지 생수의 시음방법으로는 18.9ℓ 용량의 경우 냉, 온수기에 거꾸로 연결하여 사용하거나 그네식으로 설치하여 사용시 병을 기울여서 물을 따라 마시는 방법 또는 수동식 펌프를 부착하여 손으로 눌러서 물을 따라 마시는 방법 등이 있다. 이러한 방법을 통해 생수를 병으로부터 따라 마시는 방법상에는 큰 문제가 없으나 생수의 병마개를 개봉하여 물을 사용하는 경우 대개 수일간 방치되는 경우가 보통이므로 미생물이 급격히 증가하여 사실상 음료수로는 허락하지 않는 범위까지 되는 경우가 대부분이다. 또한, 제조된 생수는 마실 때 문제가 없도록 포장되어 유통되지만 대부분 개봉 후 잔존된 또는 공기로부터 혼입된 미생물 등에 의해 수질이 크게 악화되게 된다. 따라서, 본 발명자들은 상기 종래 생수시음의 문제점을 극복하고자 노력한 결과 이미 제균성능이 있는 것으로 알려진 한외여과막 또는 정밀여과막 등의 중공사막을 활용하여 단위부피당 처리막면적이 가장 큰 중공사막이 설치된 여과 카트리지 제조하여 생수펌프에 부착하므로써 수요자가 물을 마시기 직전에 여과기를 거친 깨끗한 물을 마실 수 있도록 한 본 발명의 제균용 여과기를 개발하였다.The present invention relates to a filter for sterilization with a bottled water pump, and more particularly, by attaching a filtration cartridge (Cartridge) using a hollow fiber membrane to an existing bottled water pump and drinking sterile water by filtration with a separator before the consumer drinks the bottled water.
