음극선관의 패널을 중심으로 한 막공정 이전에 수행되는 가장 기본이 될 수 있는 섀도우마스크 조립공정중 객관적으로 Q치를 관리할 수 있는, 측 패널의 내면을 측정하여 그 굴곡에 따라 프레임과 스프링을 조립한 후 이 스프링과 프레임 조립체를 섀도우마스크에 용접하고 이 섀도우마스크 조립체를 이미 설정된 Q치와 비교해 가면서 패널에 결합하는 섀도우마스크의 자동조립방법을 제공하기 위한 것으로, 코너스프링과 프레임 그리고 섀도우마스크로 이루어지는 섀도우마스크 조립체와 패널을 결합함에 있어서, 패널이 패널내면 측정기에 로드(load)되면 보조제어기에서 이를 인지하게되고 패널내면 측정용 센서가 그 내면을 측정하여 그 측정된 데이타를 주제어기로 보내고, 이 주제어기에서 퍼지연산을 수행하여 보정치의 데이타를 출력하는 과정과; 상기 보정데이타를 바탕으로 프레임과 스프링으로 이루어진 프레임조립체와 섀도우마스크를 스프링홀을 기준으로 조립하는 과정과; 조립된 섀도우마스크 조립체를 패널과 결합한후 섀도우마스크와 패널내면과의 거리를 설정된 Q치과 비교하여 그 데이타를 다시 주제어기에 보내어 오차를 감지하고 그것에 맞추어 거리를 조절하는 과정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 음극선관의 코너스프링, 프레임 그리고 섀도우마스크 조립방법.Assemble the frame and spring according to the curvature by measuring the inner surface of the side panel, which can objectively manage the Q value during the shadow mask assembly process, which can be the basis before the membrane process centering on the cathode ray tube panel.
