Abstract

이 발명은 레이저 픽업유니트에 자동적으로 삽입하기 위해 매거진에 적재되는 인요크의 적재방향을 선택하기 위한 장치에 관한 것으로서, 이 발명에 따른 인요크 적재방향 선별장치는 인요크 공급기에서 공급되는 인요크의 진행방향에 직각인 전방을 향해 인요크를 순차적으로 밀기위한 인요크 푸쉬수단과, 순차적으로 전진되는 인요크의 돌기를 감지하여 인요크의 놓여짐 상태를 선별하기 위한 인요크 선별수단 및 선별된 인요크를 제 1 방향과 제 2 방향으로 각각 축출하기 위한 축출수단으로 구성되어 인요크를 매거진에 자동적으로 적재토록 함으로써 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 소정의 두께를 갖으며 어느 일측면에 2개의 돌기를 구비한 장방형으로 형성되어 레이저 디스크 플레이어의 픽업유니트에 장착되는 인요크의 적재방향 선별장치에 있어서, 인요크 공급기로부터 순차 공급되는 인요크의 진행방향에 직각인 전방을 향해 상기 인요크를 순차로 밀기 위한 인요크 푸쉬수단 ; 상기 인요크 푸쉬수단에 의해 순차로 전진되는 인요크의 상기 돌기를 감지하여 인요크의 놓여짐 상태를 선별하기 위한 인요크 선별수단 ; 및 상기 인요크 선별수단에 의해 각각 선별된 인요크를 제1 및 제 2 방향으로 각각 축출하기 위한 추출수단으로 구성된 인요크 적재방향 선별장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 인요크 푸쉬수단은, 인요크 공급기로부터 공급되는 인요크를 전방쪽으로 순차로 밀기 위한 푸쉬부재와 상기 푸쉬부재에 의해 순차로 밀려지는 인요크를 가이드 하기 위한 가이더로 구성된 인요크 적재방향 선별장치.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기의 푸쉬부재는 단동실린더 및 이에 연결된 푸쉬편으로 구성된 인요크 적재방향 선별장치.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 인요크 선별수단은 상기 돌기의 유무에 따른 크기 변화를 감지하여 전기적으로 온/오프 되는 센서로 구성된 인요크 적재방향 선별장치.
