종래의 밀폐용 회전기계의 회전씰이 마모시에는 내부로 유입되는 이물질과 수분에 의하여 성능이 떨어지고 고장이 나게 되어 사용수명을 단축시키게 되었음.
다. 그 발명의 해결방법의 요지
본 발명은 밀폐용 회전기계의 회전씰 부위에다 수분검출기를 설치하여 유입되는 이물질과 수분을 조기에 알 수 있도록 하여 회전씰을 적기에 교체할 수 있도록 한데 있음.
라. 발명의 중요한 용도
수분검출기를 장치한 밀폐용 회전기계의 용도.

Claims (1)

  1. 기체(1)에 베어링(3)(4)으로 유착한 회전축(2) 주위에 회전씰카버(5)로 회전씰(6)을 고정하여서된 공지의 것에 있어서, 기체(1)의 내부에는 절연몸체(7), 수개의 전극판(8)이 매입되고 요입홈을 요입한 필터(9)와 임펠러(10)로 된 수분검출기(11)를 고정하여 각 전극판(8)은 전기콘트롤박스(12)에 연결하여 전기콘트롤박스(12)의 설정된 저항치에 도달하면 자동적으로 회전축(2)은 정지됨과 동시에 버저(13)가 울리도록 하여서 된 밀폐용 회전기계의 수분검출장치.
