Abstract
본 발명은 팬히터와 같은 연소장치의 기화기 가열용 히터를 둘러싸고 있는 동파이프의 부식 및 탄화를 극소화시켜 주어 그 수명을 연장토록 함은 물론, 소비전력 또한 절감되도록 한 팬히터의 기화기 히터 제어방법에 관한 것으로, 초기운전시작시 기화기의 온도가 일정온도가 될때까지 히터를 최대한 구동시키는 제1단계와, 상기 제1단계 완료직후 소정시간동안 히터구동을 차단하는 제 2 단계와, 상기 제 2단계 완료직후 기화기 온도가 일정온도가 될때까지 1초구동, 1초정지를 1주기로 히터를 구동제어하는 제 3단계와, 상기 제 3 단계 완료직후 기화기의 온도가 안정되도록 히터를 소정단계의 비례제어로 구동하는 제 4 단계를 구비하여서 된 것을 특징으로 한다.The present invention relates to a method for controlling a carburetor heater of a fan heater which minimizes corrosion and carbonization of a copper pipe surrounding a carburetor heating heater of a combustion device such as a fan heater to extend its life and also reduce power consumption.
