본 발명은 한국형 비A비B형 간염(Non-A, Non-B Hepatitis, NANBH) 환자로부터 얻은 새로운 형의 C형 간염 바이러스(hepatitis C virus)의 cDNA 유전자 절편들 및 이들 절편에 코오드화된 아미노산 서열을 갖는 폴리펩티드, 상기 cDNA 유전자 절편을 포함하는 벡터, 상기 벡터로 형질전환된 미생물 및 상기 미생물을 배양하여 새로운 한국형 C형 간염 바이러스의 cDNA에 코오드화된 폴리펩티드 또는 그 절편을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to cDNA gene fragments of a new type of hepatitis C virus obtained from a Korean non-A hepatitis (NANBH) patient and an amino acid encoded by these fragments.
