본 발명은 접착제 성분을 함유한 마이크로캡슐의 제조방법에 관한 것으로써, 더욱 상세하게는 계면활성제가 들어있는 수용액에 한쪽의 캡슐벽막 원료, 접착성분의 단량체, 개시제 및 유기용제등이 함유된 오일들을 교반·분산시키면서, 여기에 다른 한쪽의 캡슐벽막 원료를 첨가하여, 이 오일방울들이 수용액의 계면에서 계면중합반응을 이룸으로써 접착제 성분을 함유한 마이크로캡슐을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a method for producing a microcapsule containing an adhesive component, and more particularly, oil containing one capsule wall material, an adhesive monomer, an initiator and an organic solvent in an aqueous solution containing a surfactant. Claims (1)

접착제 성분을 포함한 마이크로캡슐을 제조함에 있어서, 한쪽 캡슐벽막 원료인 트리이소시안네이트, 접착성분의 단량체, 산화제/환원제로 된 개시제 및 유기용매 등을 젤라틴과 아라비아고무로 혼합된 계면활성제가 녹아있는 수용액에 넣고, 균일하게 오일방울을 만든 다음에, 일정한 속도로 교반하면서, 다른 한쪽의 캡슐벽막 원료인 다관능성 알콜을 첨가하여 계면중합을 다음, 여과 및 건조과정을 거치게 되는데, 다관능성 알콜에 상대 성분으로써는 2-에틸-2-(히드록시메틸)-1,3-프로판디올 1mol과 T9DI 3mol을 우레탄 반응시켜 만든 트리이소시안네이트 화합물을 사용하고, 오일방울 전체 중량에 대하여 15중량%-25중량% 농도가 되도록 하며, 계면활성제로는 젤라틴과 아라비아고무를 1 : 0.3 비율로 혼합한 것을 수용액에 대하여 0.9중량%-1.5중량% 농도가 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제 성분을 포함한 마이크로캡슐의 제조방법.In preparing microcapsules containing an adhesive component, an aqueous solution in which a surfactant mixed with gelatin and arabic rubber is mixed with triisocyanate, which is a raw material of one capsule wall, a monomer of an adhesive component, an initiator of an oxidizing agent / reducing agent, and an organic solvent.
