Abstract
본 발명은 대상유체를 이송하는 파이프라인 안에서 약품투여, 혼합, 응집되도록 하는 수처리 방법에 관한 것으로 수처리를 행함에 있어 넓은 면적의 또는 큰 시설물인 침전조, 여과조, 반응조, 폭기조, 따위의 시설물을 필요로 하지 않아 좁은 면적에서 설치 가능하도록 하는 것으로 혼합 파이프 안에 약품(응집제, 살균제)투여구, 초음파발생기, PH미터, 유속센서 및 중화제 투입구를 구비하고 이에 유입된 대상유체를 초음파 및 앵커(격벽)에 의해 미세하게 세절 균질화하여 충분한 약품혼합을 수행한 후 펌프에 의해 이송도중 급격한 고속교반 과정을 얻을 수 있으며 일정길이의 반응파이프를 통과하면서 고형 잔해물 혹은 용존 잔해물이 응집되어진 후 여과 탱크에 장입된 필터로 응집된 필터로 응집물(슬러지)과 정수로 분리한 후 슬러지는 공기압을 이용하여 농축 배출되도록 하는 수처리 방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a water treatment method for chemical administration, mixing, and coagulation in a pipeline for transporting a target fluid, and requires a large area or large facilities such as sedimentation tanks, filtration tanks, reaction tanks, aeration tanks, and other facilities.
